The Formulation Office Accounting position is responsible for data entry, inventory, and customer service for assigned customer accounts. Updating and maintaining daily inventory, updating and monitoring product availability, and other various office task are also performed.
Must have a high school diploma/GED and experience in an office environment is a plus. Must be able to use 10-key calculator and fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel and able to learn other computer systems. This candidate must also be able to type 30-35 words per minute. Must be able to pay attention to detail, handle multi-tasking, and have strong problem-solving skills.
