Job Details
An IT Specialist installs, supports, and maintains the company’s network environment. Supports PC network users and iOS devices, maintains and supports hardware and the Cisco Voice Telecommunication System, and performs basic software maintenance.
Requirements
Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required. Equivalent experience and certifications will be considered. Prior experience with technical support and end-user support is desired. Prior experience desired in a broad range of technologies including Cisco Voice, Networking, Wi-Fi Networks, Active Directory Administration, and Veeam backup software.
