Job Details
Provides technical support for hardware and software systems across the organization. Manages the transmission and reconciliation of XML/EDI data exchanges with external partners and performs maintenance to Synergy DBL applications.

Requirements
High School Diploma/GED with some post high school computer training (AA degree in a computer related field is preferred), experience in working with and understanding computer programming and PC networking, working in an office environment, strong problem-solving skills, very detail-oriented, and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people (verbally and in writing).
