Job Details
Distribution Center Office Manager is responsible for all in-bound telephone calls which includes taking orders from customer and directing calls to the proper personnel. Responsible for entering orders and delivery tickets into the computer system and printing. General up-keep and cleaning is also required.
Requirements
Requires a college education or equivalent work experience, strong computer skills, ability to exercise good judgement and discretion in handling confidential and/or sensitive material, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members.
