Job Details

Assist in the effective operation of the Personnel Department; including the efficient administration of benefit programs, maintaining of complete and accurate personnel records, tracking attendance and Paid Time Off for all Team Members. 


High School Diploma/G.E.D. (some college preferred), understanding of all aspects of employment law, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines, ability to meet strict deadlines, strong computer skills (including Word and Excel), strong problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively with Team Members throughout the company, and the ability to exercise good judgement and discretion in handling confidential and/or sensitive material; complete understanding of payroll processing is a plus.
